Why You Can Feel Exhausted Even When Your Tests Are “Normal”
“My tests are normal but I am still so tired”. This is something so many women quietly wonder, especially after being reassured that their blood tests are normal but they still don’t feel like themselves
If you’ve ever been told “everything looks fine” but still feel flat, foggy and completely drained, you’re not alone and you’re not imagining it.
It’s something so many women quietly wonder. You’ve done the responsible thing. You’ve had the blood tests and you’ve been reassured that nothing serious is wrong. That reassurance matters. But it can still feel confusing when you don’t feel like yourself. What I’ve come to understand is that there’s a space between “disease” and “well”, and many women live in that space. They’re not anaemic. Not menopausal. Not clinically unwell. But they’re exhausted, flat, wired at night and foggy in the morning, snapping more easily and not recovering the way they used to.
Often the drivers are more subtle: nervous system overload, early hormone shifts, chronic stress patterns, sleep disruption, nutrient depletion, blood sugar swings. Individually they might not trigger a red flag on a test result. Together, they can completely change how a woman feels in her body.
This is exactly why I chose to build my programs. Because I became increasingly aware of how many women were technically “well” on paper, yet still not feeling well in themselves. I realised there needed to be space to explore what sits underneath the surface including stress patterns, hormone shifts, energy rhythms and the realities of modern life.
Fatigue isn’t a flaw, it’s feedback. And sometimes the answer isn’t one single diagnosis, it’s a more personalised, lifestyle-focused approach that helps the body find its way back to balance
If this resonates with you, reaching out can be a powerful first step. I work closely with women to uncover the root causes behind their fatigue and create personalised, realistic strategies to restore energy, resilience and confidence in their bodies again.
